SPRINGFIELD GARDENS

Approximately 30 ladies gathered on Friday, March 3rd at SGUMC for the Have a Seat at the Table event.

 

Several SGUMC women including Sis. Myrtle Benn, Sis. Gloria Cowans and Sis. Renee Hicks shared about their own life experiences and offered words of wisdom to a younger generation.   

"The event was unique and much needed," said attendee Allison Sabb. "I am very grateful for the ladies that came to share." 

 

A home-cooked meal was also provided and the setting gave participants the opportunity to enjoy fellowship together.
